Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., or 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

More About the Role…

Our Sales Account Managers are called Event Solution Experts. That's because they have a wealth of knowledge that is needed to recommend the best corporate team building events, group activities, and training and development programs to fit the specific dynamics, outcomes, and objectives of different groups.

Our Event Solution Experts go through extensive training to set them and our customers up for success. They understand our programs inside out and work hard to meet or exceed daily activity and sales targets. In doing so, they move up the sales ladder, and earn rewards for helping us meet our customer's needs.

Our customers range from top business leaders to professional administrators, meeting and event planners throughout North America. Based out of our head office, our Event Solution Experts build relationships with customers on the phone, and recognize that sales is a science and not an art!

Earning potential as an Event Solution Expert is uncapped, and while the base salary is $30,000, a successful Event Solution Expert can expect to achieve $50,000 in their first year, $65,000 in their second year, $85,000 in their third year and over $110,000 after four years.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage inbound customer sales enquiries via phone, email and online
  • Build a network of customers through ongoing sales referrals
  • Proactively generate sales from new and existing contacts
  • Achieve and exceed daily activity scores and monthly sales targets
  • Keep up to date with all our team building, training, and development programs
  • Always be improving your daily conversation techniques and time management skills
  • Build ongoing rapport with customers using the sales processes and techniques taught
