Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., or 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

More About the Role…

The inbound sales representative is the first point of contact for most new leads that come in via phone or online, especially if they are generated by marketing efforts. We generate dozens of leads every day, and this is an essential role to the productive functioning of the sales team.

Focusing mainly on new company leads, the inbound sales rep will uncover a new prospect's needs, provide a solution, and move through the sales cycle with the prospect until they become a customer. Though they are in a reactive role, this sales person will need to prioritize efficiently and be organized.

The right person for the role is someone who might be new to sales, or has a strong customer service background and wants to learn the art of selling and expand their career aspirations. They will work alongside other inbound sales reps and the outbound sales reps in an enabling and positive work environment. Full training is involved and ongoing learning and development is a big part of our culture and every team member’s success.

The ideal inbound sales rep will be eager to learn the best practice techniques associated with maximizing inbound sales - converting an ever-increasing percentage of leads to happy customers. And, when not taking care of incoming leads or moving the customer through the sales cycle, they will assist the team with strategic e-sales initiatives and CRM improvements.

On target first year earning potential for the inbound sales representative is $40,000 - $50,000.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage inbound customer sales leads via phone, email, and online
  • Qualify appropriate inbound leads for redirection to outbound sales reps
  • Act as “buddy” during teammates' vacations to handle appropriate leads & proposals
  • Build ongoing rapport with customers using provided sales processes and techniques
  • Achieve and exceed daily activity scores and monthly sales targets
  • Always be improving your daily conversation techniques and time management skills
  • Keep up to date with all our team building, training, and development programs
  • Coordinate with support team to ensure CRM accuracy
  • Working with the director of sales and team captains to evolve the role
